Terms of Use

1. Scope of service

HST SEO supports website management, keyword tracking, viewing Google Search Console and GA4 data, URL inspection, sitemap submission within the permissions granted, SEO planning, creating or optimizing content with AI, and exporting reports.

Available features depend on the service plan, configuration, account permissions, connections and the limits set by data providers. HST SEO is an independent product of Hason Tech, is not a Google product, and must not be understood as sponsored by Google or as guaranteeing results.

2. Accounts and connection permissions

• Provide accurate account information, protect passwords and API keys, manage members, and report any unauthorized access immediately upon discovering it.
• Connect only websites, Analytics/Search Console properties and service accounts that you own or are validly authorized to use. Do not use another person's connection information without permission.
• Grant permissions appropriate to the work. For client websites, you are responsible for obtaining the necessary permission before reading data, sending data to AI or publishing content.
• When personnel, ownership or the scope of authorization changes, update the permissions in HST SEO and in the related services.

Google connection permissions and WordPress/REST API connection permissions are separate. You can revoke each connection; dependent features will no longer fetch data or perform operations using revoked credentials.

3. Google services and granting permission

You choose to grant permission through Google and select the property that matches the website. Analytics uses read-only permission; Search Console uses read permission and requests additional permission when you want to submit sitemaps. Details of the data, purposes and permission scopes are published in the Privacy Policy.

Use of the integrations must comply with the Google APIs Terms of Service, the Search Console API terms and the Google Analytics Terms of Service that apply to your account.

HST SEO complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use. These terms do not transfer ownership of Google data to HST SEO and do not permit use of the data beyond the published purposes, including training shared AI models, personalized advertising or selling data.

If you deploy the Analytics tag on your website, you must have an appropriate privacy notice, provide information about cookies/measurement technologies and obtain consent where the law or Google requires it. Do not send personally identifiable information prohibited by Google Analytics, and do not circumvent opt-out choices or privacy protection mechanisms. Google may limit quotas, add latency, restrict access or require verification. A successful connection does not mean sufficient historical data is available; publishing a policy does not mean the application has been approved by Google.

4. AI, automation and website content

AI can analyze metrics, suggest strategies and create content. Results may be inaccurate or unsuited to your brand; you must check facts, copyright, legality and suitability before use.

The Hason AI included in service plans only generates text (analysis, plans, articles, titles and descriptions) and does not generate images. Illustrations for articles are generated only when you connect a ChatGPT account with image generation access or add your own OpenAI Image API key; the cost and limits of image generation are those that account applies. If there is no image generation source, articles are still drafted but without AI images.

When you enable automatic mode or scheduled runs, you allow the system to perform actions within the scope of the mode and limits you set. Actions requiring approval are handled under the website's policy in the application. You are responsible for choosing the level of automation, reviewing history, keeping website backups and pausing when needed.

WordPress websites or CMSs using a REST API need a valid connection and corresponding permissions to read, publish or update articles. You must have the right to use the text, images, logos and materials you provide; do not use AI to impersonate others, infringe others' rights or distribute unlawful content.

The data used for AI, the processing routes and the training limits are described in the AI section of the Privacy Policy. Make sure the terms and settings of the AI accounts you connect are consistent with these limits.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use HST SEO to gain unauthorized access, distribute malware, steal connection information, violate privacy, disrupt systems or bypass technical limits and service quotas.

Do not resell Google data without authorization, build advertising profiles from the data you have been granted access to, abuse APIs, create spam content or manipulate the service in violation of a provider's terms. Analysis and optimization must serve websites you are permitted to manage.

6. Data and intellectual property

You, or the entitled party, continue to hold rights in your data, content and brand. You grant HST SEO the permission necessary to provide the features you have allowed, including storing, analyzing, generating reports and passing requests to the corresponding connections. This permission is limited by the Privacy Policy and is not a right to sell data or use it at will.

The interface, software, and the HST SEO/Hason Tech names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Using the service does not transfer ownership of the software or the right to represent yourself as a representative of Hason Tech, Google or any other provider.

Reports may use the branding and contact information you configure, and also state that they were exported from HST SEO. You are responsible for the recipients of reports and for the right to share the figures; add a logo or business information only when you are permitted to.

7. Reports and SEO results

HST SEO does not guarantee a keyword position, an increase in traffic, revenue or the time at which Google indexes a page. Google decides what to crawl and index; submitting a sitemap does not guarantee that a URL will be indexed. The URL inspection feature shows the status returned by Google, which may differ from the actual status at the moment you view it.

GSC, GA4 and SerpAPI differ in how they measure, in time zones, scope and latency. A day with missing data is not automatically zero; comparative figures should be read together with the time period, the number of days with data and the notes in the report. Search rankings may vary by location, device and time.

8. Costs and third-party services

If you use a paid plan, the price, limits, billing cycle and conditions for renewal, cancellation or refunds are communicated at the time of registration or in a separate agreement. No new fee arises merely because you read or visit this terms page.

Costs for AI APIs, SerpAPI, hosting or other services you sign up for are governed by your agreement with that provider, unless your HST SEO plan expressly states that they are included. You manage the limits and billing information of the accounts you connect.

9. Suspension and termination of use

You can stop scheduled runs, disconnect and request closure of your account. We recommend exporting any data you want to keep before deletion. Stopping use does not immediately delete historical data. When a plan expires, by default the account can only view data and export reports for the first 7 days, after which access is locked; the account and its private data on HST SEO are deleted 30 days after the expiry date. These milestones can be configured in the system and are notified in the application/by email. Renew before the deletion date to continue using the service and keep your data. HST SEO may limit or suspend access upon detecting a violation of these terms, a security risk, a legal requirement or a disruption from a provider. We will give the reason and the way forward where appropriate; where urgent system protection is needed, we may act before notifying you. You may contact us to request a review or to request export or deletion of data within the permitted scope.

10. Liability and dispute resolution

We maintain the service with reasonable care, receive incident reports and fulfill the security commitments we have published. The service may be interrupted due to maintenance, technical faults or third parties; we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every AI suggestion is accurate.

Each party is responsible for its own conduct and obligations under the agreement and applicable law. Nothing in these terms removes any liability or right of yours that the law does not allow to be excluded.

If a problem arises, please send the details to lienhe@hasontech.vn so we can verify it and find a resolution. If it cannot be resolved by discussion, the parties may use the dispute resolution mechanisms and competent authorities under applicable law.

11. Updates and contact

The current version is published on this page. Important changes to the service or to rights and obligations will be notified in the application or by email together with the effective time. Changes to the purpose of processing Google data or to access permissions require additional notice and consent steps; continued use of the service does not replace Google's permission request.
